We want every customer of Highway Urgency Response Team, LLC to be satisfied. If you are not satisfied with a payment made through our website, you may request a refund within 30 days of the order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds for orders placed through our website are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
- Email us at hurtroadside@gmail.com or call (470) 217-0217 and we will help you start the refund with Paddle.
Please include your order number (from your Paddle receipt) and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
Completed on-site work
Where a technician has already been dispatched and parts have been supplied or installed (for example, a tire mounted on your vehicle), the cost of those parts and the labour performed may be deducted from the refund. We will explain any deduction before processing.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us or Paddle first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us delays the refund process and may incur fees that we are entitled to recover.
